003 WAC Corporal 2 stage

this is Paul Wolak's WAC Corporal first stage was a  CTI M3400 stageed to a CTI M1590 in the sustainer. It is 18 1/2 ft. tall it went to 15,000 ft. and had a perfect recovery.
